The beginning of Independence

Today at around 10 am I became officially independent.

Originally, I was suppose to drive my mom to a bus station an hour from where we were staying but we found one just around the hotel and she left really early. On one hand, I was really sad that she left before time, we could of gone shopping all morning if she had had decided to stay but she left really quickly.

I was really happy about the fact she came all the way to leave me here. I know it was never an option for her not to come with me but I actually appreciate a lot the time we got to spend together and I will miss her a lot this summer.

P.S. I know it's a crapy picture with the sun on the back and everything but it's the only one I could take at the time. Sorry about that.
